Mr. Yogesh Kapur is an accomplished industry leader with 30+ years of domestic & international experience in Operations Management, Profit Centre Management, B2B Marketing & Sales and Strategic planning in the management of both- startups & growth organizations.
Prior to UFlex, he has held leadership position with 3M India in different countries at various ranks, for more than two decades. He started his career with HCL Infosystems and was associated with the company for 4 years. A BE in Electronics & Telecommunication from NIT, Yogesh has done his Executive Development Program from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. In his role at UFlex, Yogesh leads the company’s Holography Business.
G.P. Pathak, Vice President - Operations and New Product Development, Holography Business
Mr. G.P. Pathak is an M.Sc Post Graduate with over 31 years of invaluable work experience. He worked with some of the leading organizations before joining UFlex 14 years back. He is the Founding Member of UFlex Holography Business and plays a critical role in the execution of company's ambitious growth strategy.
His innovative skills of blending new ideas and developing new products have catapulted the Business into one of the leading players in the Holography Anti-Counterfeiting Industry.
Rakesh Khazanchi, Vice President - Sales and Marketing, Holography Business
Mr. Rakesh Khazanchi joined UFlex Holography Business in 2012 as AVP (Marketing). Having served at various prestigious organizations like ESCORTS LTD. & XEROX INDIA LTD, Rakesh has a rich experience of 35 Years in the field of Sales & Marketing especially Strategy, Brand Building & Sales Management Processes.
In the current role, Rakesh leads the Sales & Marketing team of the Holography Business. The Business under his leadership has seen transformation with an undiluted focus on customer needs paving way for three digit growth. The Business is set to become a global leader in Holographic Solutions.
