Jagmohan Mongia is responsible for the Films Business, India Operations. A Commerce graduate, Jagmohan did his diploma in Sales & Marketing from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan. He comes with a rich experience of four decades in industries like Textile, Steel and Paints and has worked with renowned companies like Berger Paints and Garware earlier. Jagmohan has been associated with UFlex for over 25 years now.
Jagmohan brings in a strong expertise of Sales & Marketing domain and has a proven track record of business development and building strong sustainable organizations. Under his leadership, Films Business revenue has been consistently growing along with the market share.
P. L. Sirsamkar, President - Technical and New Product Development, Packaging Films Business
P.L. Sirsamkar is Instrumentation and Electronics Engineer associated and has been with the Group for over 26 years now. Prior to UFlex, he worked with several reputed organizations like Garware & Polyplex. He has rich experience of over 37 years in Packaging Films business. He has been actively involved in setting-up all the Packaging Films projects at UFlex and subsequently steering successful operations & development of value added Packaging Films.
Sanjay Tiku, Business Head, Packaging Films Business (Flex Films Egypt)
Sanjay Tiku holds a Professional Degree in Management Accounting, CMA from ICA in addition to being a Science Baccalaureate from University of Kashmir. Sanjay’s illustrious career spans over 27 years in the Flexible Packaging Industry with a proven track record in the field of Operation, Marketing, Finance, People Management, Business Planning & Strategy.Endowed with a strategic bent of mind, backed by operational excellence; having gained multi-domain experience and owing to his unrelenting efforts, Sanjay was entrusted with the larger responsibility of spearheading Flex Middle East FZE – the greenfield project of UFlex and the group’s maiden overseas project in its endeavour to spread film manufacturing footprints outside India. Sanjay has delivered fruitful results for the organization during his overseas assignment spanning over 14 years now.Prior to his stint at Flex Films, Sanjay has held various positions in Group Companies handling trade related matters like anti-dumping & anti-subsidy wherein he negotiated for several measures that helped the Company in sustaining business in those countries.Sanjay currently heads Flex P. Films (Egypt) S.A.E

Sundeep Saksena, Business Head, Packaging Films Business (Flex Films Poland)
Sundeep Saksena has an illustriously progressive career spanning 30 years including 7 years of overseas exposure. He has attained multi-domain experience in the fields of production and retail working with leading brands across Packaging, Telecom, Consumer Durables and FMCG sectors.Sundeep has had multifarious and successful experience in setting up new businesses, turning around existing businesses, streamlining start-ups, steering profit-centre operations, forging business set-ups/ tie-ups, establishing relations with JV partners and devising & executing winning strategies for capturing leadership position in the market simultaneously maximizing business growth.
Sundeep graduated in Mechanical Engineering from REC (Now NIT) Srinagar. Vijay Yadav is a BSc (Hons) in Polymer technology from Brunel University, UK and MBA from East London Business School. He also did an Executive Development Program from Wharton Business School, Customer focused Innovation Program from Stanford Business School, and Consortium Program & Leadership Program for Senior Executives from Harvard.
Vijay brings with him more than three decades of experience in areas like Strategy Development & Execution, Country Business, Operations, R&D, Organizational Transformation, Competitive Intelligence etc. Prior to joining us in 2016, he was working with SEKISUI, USA and has earlier worked with companies like Arjobex Synthetic Paper Group and British Petroleum.
Avinash Kumar, Business Head, Packaging Films Business (Flex Films UAE)
Avinash Kumar has made remarkable progress in the Flexible Packaging industry for 33 years, demonstrating a proven track record in managing overall function encompassing Marketing, Production, Finance, MIS, Costing, Budgeting, Commercial and General Management across varied industry verticals. He has enriched global experience as he was based in Middle East as CEO of one of the Flexible Packaging company after playing leadership roles flexible packaging companies across Africa & Europe as General Manager. Avinash holds a Masters degree in Science from St Andrews College. He is a perfect example of an Out-of-the-Box thinker.
Avinash has given advantageous results with designing, developing & implementing positive change throughout his journey from his results-oriented experience. As a team player, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to the team success which has built confidence of all the stake holders in his need-based business plans, strategies & corporate objectives for maximizing profitability & revenue generation while realizing organizational goals. In his current role, Avinash Kumar is the Business Head of Flex Middle East FZE & also holds portfolio of marketing head – Africa. Junaid Iqbal Khan, General Director, Packaging Films Business (Flex Films Russia)
Junaid Khan began his journey with UFlex almost two decades back and since then there has been no looking back. Over the years, Junaid wore several hats through various business functions and marched his way up the organization to be appointed in 2019 as General Director of the new packaging films venture of FlexFilms in Russia. At UFlex, Junaid started working with the Design, Production, and Sales & Marketing function of the Engineering business at the company’s headquarter plant where he learnt the finer nuances of business operations, financial management and market development.End of 2011, he went on to oversee international marketing for Packaging Films Business of UFlex at Flex Films Europa in Poland and four years later, moved to Flex Middle East in UAE.
Junaid is credited with developing Russia & CIS markets for UFlex that eventually set the tone for company setting up its Greenfield manufacturing project in Moscow Region. Due to his market insights, conviction and focus to achieve customer satisfaction, FlexFilms has evolved to grab the majority market share of BOPET films across Russia and UFlex today is the preferred supplier to the converting industry worldwide. A production engineer and Post-Graduate in Technology of machine building from Kursk State Technical University, Junaid is currently focused on expanding the global footprint of the Packaging Films Business of UFlex, both in terms of operations as well as market. He spearheads a programme that aims at strengthening the company’s reputation of ‘ease of doing businesses’ among all its customers.
